Covalle group Architects

IN THE DETAILS,
lives the beauty. drives the design. gathers the light.
where we shine.

Creativity in architecture is the solution of an aesthetic problem.

As we begin the creative process, we listen, we talk, we try to see your vision and unique possibilities for your completed project. We walk the site and begin to establish a strong relationship with you, the client, and continue that stong connection throughout the design process. We then send clear, comprehensive plans and specifications to prospective contractors and plan review agencies on your behalf.

Upon selection of the contractor, we remain close to the project through it’s completion. Our goal at Covalle Group Architects is to create a comfortable, functional space that works for you. Fairness, respect, consistency and honest communication are the keys to our success and continued growth.

Ever wonder what is going on?

You’re involved with a project and think it is going well but you are just not sure. Remaining connected to the party you are doing business with is key to avoiding problems, staying in control of events, reducing stress and misunderstandings.

It is common for all of us to be enthusiastic about a new project or opportunity in the beginning. Building projects, even small projects, can take a year or two to complete due to site selection, site and building approvals, acquiring permits, project development, construction and project closeout. In time you can lose track of where you are. Staying connected with the project team from start to finish is vitally important.

The connection should properly and regularly document the progress of the project and be distributed to promote understanding and establish expectations. More importantly however, the purpose of the communication should be to foresee and avoid problems.
